With little options for travel from the US, I decided to spend some time at Isla de Mujeres, Mexico which has no travel restriction, very few Covid 19 cases and inexpensive accommodations. The beaches have been closed until September 7th but beach bars give access to the sand and water. Was just here last November but at least its traveling.
